The Chef, Events Manager and hotel have been very flexible in order to help us with our menu choice, with this in mind please order from your menu here and send on the contact form  below the menu selection with your choice of starter, main and dessert. Please make a note of your choice. There are several Vegan options marked 'Vg'

Starter

  1. Homemade leek & potato soup, crispy garlic croutons     Vg
  2. Mini vegetable spring rolls with bean sprout & water chestnut salad & sweetened chilli dipping sauce
  3. Goats cheese & red onion tart with mini Ceasar salad

Main

  1. Sweet potato, chick pea & spinach curry coriander, Naan bread with lemon & jasmine rice   Vg
  2. Roasted vegetable & red lentil salad, cranberry & chilli jam  Vg
  3. Grilled fillet of salmon with baby new potatoes, selection of baby vegetables accompanied with hollandaise sauce (served separately)

Dessert

  1. Mojito fruit salad with mango sorbet   Vg
  2. Baked carrot cake with vanilla custard
  3. Crème brulee with shortbread biscuit
