IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Conference venue hotel is now fully booked Saturday May 13th but does have accommodation available Firday 12th and Sunday 14th 2017. However pIease feel free to contact the Craiglands as they occasionally have cancellations.The link provides a list of alternative accommodation from local B & B's to larger group hotels and some have Saturday night free. Having spoken with all the contacts on the 8th March 2017 there is appropriate information at that date, so apart from the Premier Inn who have at this stage lots of bedrooms free , please ring first to check their availability.It is very difficult sourcing pet friendly conference hotels/venues and sincere apologies if this has inconvenienced anyone.Please check with any pet friendly needs and these are not personal recommendations unless stated. 

Taxi journeys around Ilkley and  the Craiglands are recommended Ilkley Taxis on 01943 601110 who do local runs and airport/rail transfers and have mini buses for group discounts. They have online booking and credit card facilities over phone and have a 'tracking' your taxi  app you can download to your mobile.Fixed rate of £20.00 to or from Leeds /Bradford airport and Leeds railway station £27.00. Additionally they have a Freephone in the Craiglands at Reception desk on the left hand side.

Premier Inn, Leeds/Bradford Airport   Phone: (0044) 0113 3229745  As of 8/3/17 nearly 50 bedrooms available May 12/13/14 . Check link for rates & availability.Better rates the sooner booked and on line. Savers & Flexi rates to choose from. The hotel is 0.5 ml from Leeds/Bradford airport which is only a couple of minutes drive away. It is 8.9 miles from Ilkley and the Craiglands.Not pet friendly. If driving approximately 20-25 minutes dependent on traffic. SJK Taxis  on (0044) 0113 2505222 are available for group transfer to the Craiglands via mini bus which can be arranged via hotel reception and reasonable group rate given or individual taxis approx £14 to Craiglands.If you require rail or airport transfers SJK Taxis are very reliable and offer reasonable rates.
