TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TICKET SALES

The conference tickets are non-refundable unless the conference is cancelled.
The conference tickets are not transferable unless prior permission is given.

Tickets are sold subject to alterations or variations in the programme including speakers and times due to events or circumstances beyond their reasonable control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

Tickets under special offer are subject to those terms at that time and date.
Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event please ensure that you arrive in plenty of time prior to the conference start time on both days to allow for registration etc.
Ticket holders consent to filming, photographs and sound recording as members of the audience.Please contact the Organiser if permission is not allowed here.
No responsibility is accepted for any personal property at the conference venue.
The conference holders cannot accept further liability beyond the face value of the ticket purchased

The conference holders shall not be liable for any loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure. Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence and accommodation relating to the conference which have been arranged by you are at your own risk. Please consider buying insurance in the event of any personal losses occurring.

Entry will not be allowed without a valid ticket registration.

Registration and entry is at the conference room between 8.30 and closes at 9.00 prompt for a 9.00 am start.
